Slovenia Women’s Retreat -May 2026 - Waiver

Assumption of Risk & Responsibility

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that this retreat includes outdoor activities, including walking and hiking, in natural environments, wildlife areas, and remote locations. You understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, and wildlife encounters.

You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate, and that you will inform the organiser of any relevant medical conditions.

Personal Responsibility

You agree to:

• Take responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and personal belongings

• Follow guidance provided by the retreat leader and local guides

• Act respectfully towards other participants, staff, and local communities

The organiser reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the organiser is not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense incurred during the retreat, except where caused by proven negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

Cancellation & Payments

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place

• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure

• If you cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable

• If the retreat does not go ahead, all payments will be refunded in full

Travel & Insurance

You are responsible for:

• Arranging your own travel to and from Slovenia

• Holding appropriate travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, and activities

Photography & Media

You consent to the use of photographs or video taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to departure.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
